AAI Supports Trainees at γδ T Cell Conference

At the 11th International γδ T Cell Conference in Toronto, Canada, AAI was proud to support nine judged awards for trainees who presented their research. Through its education outreach program, AAI funded three trainee podium presentation awards and six trainee poster awards.

Six awardees in a line holding their award certificates

The conference, which took place May 20–23, drew attendees from all over the world to share their research related to gamma-delta T cells. As one of the organizers of the conference, AAI member Juan Carlos Zúñiga-Pflücker presented the awards.

The recipients of the AAI-supported awards included trainees from Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Portugal, and the United States.
